Protection of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform that your data will be incorporated into the data treatment system owned by ABARSYS GLOBAL SERVICES S.L.L, in order to answer your questions. In compliance with the regulations in force, Abarsys informs that your data will be kept for the strictly necessary period to comply with the aforementioned precepts.

Procedures for access, cancellation, opposition and/or rectification

In relation to your personal data, you are informed that you have rights of access, cancellation, opposition and rectification, being able to exercise them by email to the address indicating in the subject: "Data protection" or by mail addressed to:

In any case, the reference "Data protection" must be indicated, and a document proving your identity, such as a copy of your ID card, must be attached.

You will have the right to know in what state your data is; what type of treatment they are subject to; where they have been obtained; modify them if you consider that they are not correct, or if they were initially correct but do not reflect the current reality because they have changed, or even cancel them completely, as long as this is allowed by current legislation.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, the request addressed to the File Manager must contain the following points:

  • Name and surname of the affected party, attaching a photocopy of the ID card (or any other document valid in law in order to identify the applicant). In the case of acting on behalf of someone, or of any legal entity, a photocopy of the document proving such representation.
  • Petition on which the request is based.
  • Indication of an address for notification purposes.
  • Documents, where appropriate, that accredit the basis of the request.

For the sending of said request, any means that can demonstrate the sending and receiving of the request must be used.
